The G.G. Green Building

The G.G. Green Building, the one time home of an opera house and later the Rialto Theatre, was once the heart of a thriving, lively Broad Street in Woodbury, NJ.

It is our vision to bring the G.G. Green building back to life as a Performing Arts Center that will serve the Gloucester County region, and spur the rebirth of downtown Woodbury. Many communities in the region have invested in the infrastructure necessary for thriving cultural activity which in turn has significantly strengthened the economy and vitality of those communities.

The economic impact of the arts is well documented.  It has been estimated that the G.G. Green Building could generate as much as $4,000,000 in economic activity annually in Woodbury.


This impact will create new jobs, new businesses, increase revenue in existing businesses, and will positively impact property values throughout the area.
